My dear fellow bloggers, one or two blog readers and countrymen , I know you have missed me a lot. And there is no doubt that you have been coming to my page in desperation for a post.  I can give many reasons for my absence.I can tell you that I broke my hands while preparing so seriously for my semester  or I shall tell you I was counselling my ex-girl friend who was trying to commit suicide; however, I'm not going to tell you any kind of such stories to you for two reasons: 

1.     You will spot my lies.

2.     I'm smarter than you.

Besides everything, I owe you( one or two) a debt for your love and support. Because, despite all my pressure you find time to read all my crap posts. Hence,I shall be truthful to you.

All these days, I was abducted by a ghost. It was a female ghost  like Srepriya in Neeya. I would have thrown my tantrum if it was male ghost, since I have a soft corner for females, the ghost families  sent this female for my abduction. It took me to their world, Bothalogam, which I remember from my grandma's bed time stories (பூதலோகம்  in Tamil,). Of-coarse, all the spirits over there were very fluent in Tamil other wise I would haven't conversed with them. 

On the way to bothalogam, I tested my male charms on her. She was flattered by my timely wit and awesomeness. So, she unveiled the secrets and laws of the bothalogam to me and she asked me to put promise that I shouldn't tell it to anyone. 

Fellows, since I like you, I'm sharing here the Area 441 matters to you without asking you put mother promise. OK?

5 Godfather Societies of Ghosts:

1 . Mohini or seductive females:

The most well known female ghost among all. These are the ghosts of women and girls who had a failure in love and committed suicide or those women who died before fulfilling some of their physical needs.Basically, this female ghosts are very seductive and charming. Remember Jayamalini in the movie Jagan mohini?. The potential victims of this family are handsome young males.  

Now, I get the reason why I was abducted by this Srepriya spirit.

Interestingly,Dr. Boothkanth, a not well know ghost specialist had an exciting tale. According to him, this is one of the ancient family hails from the times of Mahabharatha. Lord Vishnu, who helped Devas to reagain imortality by saving the Amrita from the hands of Asuras, is the Godfather(or Godmother, I'm confused about the usage here.) of this family. This ghosts are worshiped in some parts of the world.  

2. Shaakini: 

A lesser known female ghost. It is the ghost of married women who died early in marriage either because of an accident or illness. Some of these are due to dowry harassment and are said to haunt their killers(most often than not, the in-laws). These are considered to be not so dangerous. 

3. Kaateri- AKA Sorna Akka or Rogue Females

Very very attrocious and ferrocious family in the ghost circle. Like Marlon Brando in God Father, they show their supremacy over other family and controls them.  And that's the reason people conduct katteri pooja to save from other evil and kateri, herself. 

Dr. Boothkanth has his view here too. He says she is black and loves black. Not just black..its blaaack. So, she is said to have black complexion and wears black saree. We express our gratitude by giving her alcohol, country cigar(surutu) and even animal sacrifices, blaack chickens and blaack goatss are mostly preferred.

Its a common complaint from women that unexpected menstrual cycle are the after Kaateri effect. But, my personal suggestion for them is stop blaming Kaateri and drink Lion date syrup, Singam pola strength enaku.

4. Ratha Kaateri- The Twlight version

She is the cousin sister of Katteri's family. They are mostly found in haunted houses, forests and paddy fields. She comes in trance human body and attacks anyone who comes before her. After the attack, she drinks the blood of her captives and suck them to their death. Unlike Kaateri, she don't get anything from humans or protect them. Like mafia, she steals it from us. 

If a Rathakaateri comes before me, I would sing "why this Kolaveri " to her and save myself.

5. The "Muniandi" - DON

If you have visited Tamil nadu or some parts of southern tamil nadu. I'm sure you are pretty familiar with this name "Hotel Muniandi Villas". Where the Muniandi, is the name of the Don God Munieshwaran, commonly know as Muni.

He is the only male patriarch of the society. Munis are not evil. But when comes to girls wearing jasmine flower, his mood swings and loses his control. It also happens if someone takes dry-fish(karuvadu) curry before him. On the flip-side, he is apotheosed spirit of a warrior. No doubt that he can shield you from all types Kaateri's and boothams.

I began sleepy, when she started with the other family. Understanding my dejection she asked me to sleep with her. I  rejected her proposal by saying ""No thanks".

 Kutti Saathan- The Evant Terrible.( Guest Category) 

Most of us have seen the dubbed version of the famous Malayalam film,My dear Kutti Sathan, about the little mischievous ghost,  or the pretty familiar hollywood movie Casper.

People say that this ghost is that of a child.  They don't kill people or frighten them either. We love this type of ghosts and film producers love them more. 

Facts about modern ghosts :

1. Ghosts are using facebook. These are the ghosts of not-so-good looking guys who have lost their lives in giving friend requests to "wannabe" girls.
2. Ghosts are capable of giving random facebook friend requests. 
3. Ghosts can operate your Anderoid phone. They can send text messages to your girl friend and mms your cheesy photo to her parents. They will do anything until you breakup some day.
4. Ghosts can delay your sms and make you wait hastily,
5. Ghosts can play zinga poker in the internet.
6. Ghosts can shake the camera when you are posing for facebook profile pic.
7. Ghost are someone, who pour chutney on your costly shirt.

If you have read this post. I'm confident that, you have got the reason why we call wives and girl friends  ghosts. ( Look there, only one male in the four ghost families , get that?)
